IF YOU GOT TO KNOW COMFORT CLUB

Life, loss, and a whole lot of change, Comfort Club is taking a stab at life from a new perspective. After taking a step back after his 2024 debut album “Fear Of Moving On”, Comfort Club is back with a different approach to life, love and making art in LA.

Soaking up the last year of his 20’s, Comfort club is starting his year off right with new single “If You Got To Know Her”. This single follows the release of three others released early this year. He says this single completes the entrance into his new chapter of music.

The single carries the classic Comfort Club theme of relationships and floundering inferiority. The organic production is a staple that fans can expect to stay, he says that self production keeps him knowledgeable in the recording room in order to keep his music his own, while giving him the freedom to release his music whenever he wants.

Differing from his last album, Comfort Club says that the original feedback on the song sounded very pop-punk, a strong difference from his previous work. Had he been ten years older maybe he would’ve really dived into that genre, but for now he falls in the middle of the pop-punk to Pinegrove spectrum.

This year Comfort Club wants to stop taking the backseat. Since living in LA, his perception on music has changed, it keeps him “equal parts inspired and discouraged”. With “If You Got To Know Her” he wants to get up in people’s faces and be the main character, and it does just that.

Following the single, a colorful music video was released. Inspired by the movie “Juno”, it makes a sweet mockery of high school relationships and the naivety that goes along with it, which perfectly sums up “If You Got To Know Her”.

A southwest summer tour is how Comfort Club is keeping his fans loyal. Bringing a content director along, he wants to show the media the gritty reality like for an independent touring artist. His main focus on this tour is to build circuits. By starting small he wants to gain a dedicated fan base by returning to cities, and keeping it sociable.

After touring, making music videos, and producing, Comfort Club has no plans on stopping anytime soon. With whispers of a bigger project ahead fans can expect to get to know Comfort Club a little better now.
